Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Disassemble the equipment and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all bolts, cables, and attachments are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping labels to your boxes and coordinate a pickup time with our freight partners or drop off smaller items at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
